Witches of East End star Jenna Dewan-Tatum, 33, presented John the Visionary Award before hundred of screaming fans.
A montage preceded his award where fans thanked John for touching their hearts and souls with his words.
Gus and Hazel themselves — Ansel Elgort, 20, and Shailene Woodley, 22, — appeared on the video to talk about their beloved author. “Fans…when they see John, they go nuts,” Ansel said.
While filming the movie, Shailene was stunned to see John more recognized than George Clooney, 53!
John thanked his Nerdfighters for the special award and said he felt “so lucky” to have had so much success.
