Emma Watson, 24, became a Brown University graduate on May 25, finishing her years of schooling with a degree in English Literature. Before the grand ceremony she managed to take a beautiful selfie, which was just as stunning as her academic accomplishment.

In the selfie, which was posted to her Twitter account on graduation day, you can see Emma in full cap and gown. The seasoned actress is also sporting ruby-red lips for her walk across the stage to receive her degree.
In an interview with Elle Magazine, in April 2014, Emma stated just how much going to college and graduating means to her.
“People told me it wasn’t possible,” Emma said in the interview. “I kept saying, ‘I don’t care.’ This is what I want. And graduating will, for me, be really symbolic of all of that.”
“I will be there. And I will be throwing a huge party,” the Noah actress said, “and getting very drunk.”

Emma studied five long years to earn her diploma from Brown University. She began her degree track in 2009 but took a short break in 2011 to promote the final film of the Harry Potter franchise, The Deathly Hallows: Part 2.
